Service Description
In this workshop, we'll create a safe and nurturing space to write, share, and discuss anything and everything related to writing. We will learn about forms, process, and how to establish and maintain a writing practice. We'll also use prompts and other exercises to generate new work. And only if you want to, you can workshop a piece of your writing and get feedback from your workshop peers and instructor. Please bring a notebook and pen or whatever you are most comfortable writing on. We will also have materials available. ***If you are interested in a scholarship, please note on the booking form and select "Pay In Person." You will still have the opportunity to pay online if you choose.*** Note: There will be no class on Monday, April 18 due to April vacation. About the Instructor: Erica Lee Smith grew up in Brewster and graduated from Nauset (a while ago!). She works as a freelance writer and editor, primarily ghostwriting books for other people. Her own work has been published in Taproot, Cape Cod Times, Literary Mama, as well as several anthologies.
